Returns and Refunds Policy
Our policy lasts 5 days. If 5 days have gone by since you received the product without any information from you, unfortunately we can’t offer you an exchange. Please inform our customer service by Whatsapp +6285777111666.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
There are certain situations where returns can be granted:
- Timepieces not in its original condition, defective, damaged or missing parts for reasons due to our error
- The timepieces are not functioning
- Any item that is returned more than 5 days after received
To complete your return, we require a receipt and photo proof of the damaged.

There are some situations that refunds can be granted:
- Incorrect pricing due to our error
- The product that you have already paid is running out of stock

The refunds will be issued up to 7 business days:
1. Purchase with credit card will be refunded to the credit card used to pay before.
2. Purchase with bank transfer will be refunded to your bank account that you used to pay before.
